Join the ICCA Community
for a bazaar on Sun. May 20th from 11 AM- 6 PM in the ICCA Parking Lot.
The event is open to the public. Vendors may reserve a table for $15.
Space is limited and available on a first come basis. Food, jewelry, clothing and cosmetics are some of the items that will be sold. Mark the date and come out and support the
bazaar.

program

Acting Craze

Have fun learning
acting skills using an Islamic play with Islamic morals.

The class will
include a final performance for your family and friends.

Day: Fridays

Childlife Foudation Awareness Event for Pakistan

Childlife Foundation Awareness Event for Pakistan
 
Want to help improve health care facilities in Pakistan for children but 
not sure how to get involved? Here's a solution!

 
Childlife is a young nonprofit but with great potential. As their first 
major project, they took over the Children’s Emergency Ward at Civil 
Hospital(Karachi) where 100,000 children from poor families are 
brought in critical condition every year. The state of staff, equipment, 
oxygen, supplies, and medicines was pretty bad! Now the quality of care 
is much better including free supplies & medicines!
 
 
But this is only the beginning – Now Childlife is in the process of 
replicating this at NICH - Jinnah Hospital (another 200,000 
children/year) and scale this with a network of clinics all around 
Karachi to provide emergency care to 1 million children/year by 2014, 
InShaaAllah.
 
We are looking for passionate people to attend a 60-90 minute 
discussion. This event is to create awareness and to spread the word 
about Childlife. After a 10-15 minute presentation there will be a very

interactive Q&A session.

Note: This is not a fundraising event, however donations are welcome.
Donations to i-Care for Childlife Foundation are Zakat applicable and
tax exempt (501 c 3) in the USA.

Graduation Dinner

2nd at 7:00 PM for a community dinner recognizing our graduates. Please bring a
dish to share.

If you or someone you know is graduating from
high school, college or higher education please give the name to Sr. Huma or
Sr. Nicole. We want to be sure to recognize all our graduates
inshaaAllah.

Summer School

The ICCA Summer School will begin inShaaAllah Mon. June 4th
through June 28th. The Summer School runs Mon-Thurs from 10:30
AM-2:00 PM. The cost is $60 for the 4 weeks. Please refer to the
attached flyer or contact Sr. Huma for further details.
